Yoga is practice by which you explore what makes you stable, balanced, more spacious.
There are no limits, no level you have to reach. Stage by stage you expand in your conscious awareness.

There are different ways to practice yoga

Classes are the best place to start. You follow along and through repition you learn about yourself while you get super fit. Just one class can have you hooked!

Courses give you more insight. Giving you the tools to make the most of yoga.

Workshops are whole day events with a variety practices combined. Experiences you will remember.

Retreats are a break from life to take stock. Daily Yoga practice, healthy eating, spending time in nature and in good company build a satisfying experience. Yoga every day twice a day takes you to new levels of energy and well being. Retreats are really great, ask anyone who's been on one.

Self Practice is the substance of transformation. Attending classes and learning to pay attention create a foundation from where you can explore yourself. Practicing alone on your mat is a chance to really spend quality time with yourself and get fit doing so.

Yoga in Summary: Go at your own pace. Be sure your efforts will be reward. You can't buy what yoga gives you.

What is byoga?

Byoga is yoga the presentation of ancient yoga practies in a simple way to develop higher states of living, creativity and awareness.

Byoga practice is to focus attention into the moment. Awareness makes you feel better.

Byoga is simply about change in your life.

The word Byoga comes from the word yoga, meaning to be in harmony with spirit and the word Bhoga, a state of development where one is wrapped up in the sensual pleasures of life. Byoga describes where modern yogis are coming from with our practice.

Byoga classes, found around the world, teach you focus of mind and senses. Generate balance, strength and stamina.

Yoga practice stimulates Prana (vital energy) using a fusion of traditional and modern techniques including: Asana in the style of Clive Sheridan, Astanga, Iyeganar, Vinyasana Flow, Dynamic yoga, Scaravelli, Feldenkris to name some influences. Also meditation and Pranayama (Yogic Breathing)

The magic of yoga works over time. Gradually the mind sharpens up and becomes calmer. Gradually the breath becomes delightful and the body strong and versitile.

Peter Roussel teaches Byoga yoga around the world in weekly courses, drop-in classes, private classes, workshops around the UK, in the work place and yoga retreats around the world.

Whats a class like?
Blending different yoga styles creatively Peters runs warm flowing informal execise classes. We warm up gently before moving deeply. Finding a challenge and exploring to the best of our ability before cooling of and releasing any tension.

Peter has trained in styles of yoga such as Astanga, Iyengar, Hatha, Dynamic Vinyasana, Viniyoga, Sivananda, Oki-do and Indian freestyle stretching. Peters classes are full of reminders about the breath. Full deep breathing brings out the best in the practice. Classes are suitable for those with a ressonable level of fitness. Peter can be more helpful for specific needs in one to one sessions.

Any one can benefit from yoga. If you prefer personal attention or have particular issues you need addressing private classes will suit you better.
Massage is a great compliment to yoga practice. Peter gives good massage as well as yoga classes.
