program so you can feel comfortable doing your practice regularly

Starting
with a consultaion, the four sessions unfold around the students
interests, needs and challenges.
By
the fourth class the student will have and already tried and
tested their ability at independant practice at home and we
add some refinement.
The
sessions are not more than one week apart and are booked in
blocks of four. (No commitment first session with consultation
to see if you like it)*.
This
service is available to those who are really interested in
using yoga to live to the greatest effect. Suitable for experienced
practioners and complete beginners.
It
is for those who are fit and able, advancing in their practice
and those who are physically challenged (Yoga Therapy). You
must be willing.
