
The overall Program Includes:
Comfortable accommodation,
beautiful yoga shala on site,
Warm 35′C temperature pool,
All meals – balanced vegetarian diet,
receiving one water Therapy session,
all the yoga and meditation classes twice daily,
all of this will gently detox and tone your body.

Arriving during the day
Afternoon: We gather to take a walk around, meet each other.Short Yoga and Meditation. Evening meal.
20th Sep
Morning: Starting with Yoga Practice that mixes meditation pranayama and asana to get all the ‘valves’ working. Brunch. Spare time / receiving watsu or similar.
Afternoon: intro to asana in pool. Meditation. Evening meal.
21st Sep
Morning: Meditation, Yoga on land and then straight into the water.
Brunch. Spare time / receiving watsu or similar.
Afternoon: moving into contact in pool. Meditation. Evening meal.
22nd Sep
Morning: Meditation, Yoga on land and then into the water, exploring breath in more detail.
Brunch. Spare time / receiving watsu or similar.
Afternoon: moving into contact – pushing and pulling in pool. Meditation. Evening meal.
23rd Sep
Morning: Meditation, Yoga on land and then straight into the water.
Brunch. Time to leave.
Afternoon: we will have to tear ourselves away on this full moon day, refreshed and recharged.
Optional extras:
In addition you have the option to book for private sessions with Sophie or Peter on a first come first served basis. Sophie offers a wide range of massage and therapies, Ayurvedic Consultation and additional Waterdance sessions.
Peter offers a one to one yoga class. These sessions aim to provide guidance on ways to practice yoga in the daily life. Self practice programs take into consideration life’s demands as well as your personal limits and preferences. This personalized sequence is drawn down for your reference to make it easy for you to carry the magic of this retreat back home.
