The overall Program Includes:
Comfortable accommodation,
beautiful yoga shala on site,
Warm 35?C temperature pool,
All meals – balanced vegetarian diet,
receiving one water Therapy session,
all the yoga and meditation classes twice daily,
all of this will gently detox and tone your body.
The price for the full program of the Earth and Water retreat is £387 per person, excluding transport, for 4 nights full board and all lessons and facilities.
Deposits of 25% (£110) can be payed to assure your place by August 25th 2010. Price is based on sharing a room.
The balance is to be payed one week before the retreat starts.

Once you’ve booked things to think about are: to bring swim wear, Towel, nose clip, goggles, yoga clothes plus your normal holiday kit. The Cornish climate is erratic but wonderfully powerful and rejunvenating, bring your wet weather, wind proof gear / and suncream and beach towel just in case.
