is better about Private yoga classes? |
 |
It's
not a question of better or worse, Yoga is not oriented of achievment.
Yoga privates are specific they allow the freedom to engage
with the practice and develop at your own pace. One aspect that
is a definate advantage is that with Private Yoga Classes you
can take home a practice sheet that will guide you in your own
practice so you can feel better everyday. |
 |
How
long till I get some of these amazing benefits from the practice?
|
 |
It
depends on age, frequency of practice and suitability of practice.
Every one is unique. Bodies are best not rushed but well worked.
Regularity ensures the necessary development takes place as
best it can. Many enjoy benefits after 6 months of weekly practice,
others find practice twice weekly generates more momentum for
change. Middle aged people have reported freedom from the aches
and pains that spurred them into practice after only one year
of twice weekly practice. |
