Yoga classes run by Peter Roussel in North Goa.

Daily classes Monday to Friday 7.20-9.30am
Two hour classes give just enough time to open up the body well after sincerely softening the nervous system allowing the Prana to do its magic healing work. These classes offer experiences in meditation, pranayama as well as asana. We use inner focus, strong posses and props in order to find the freedom in the spine that is light and a delight.

Weekend Workshops
Saturday 6.30 – 9.30am
Longer practice allows us time to combine pranayama, sitting in stillness and posture work to reach the higher vibrations of human experience. This longer session takes you deeper into the awareness of the body / mind / breath complex that we call being human. This is a great class to taste the subtle delight of being - exploring all aspects of Hatha Yoga in one session. The early start is part of the taste of the quiet side of life that is so strong and unbreakable.
