Asana made to measure

“Strike a posse” – a famous quote of our age. Suggesting that you can invent yourself, you can say something about who you are by expressing ‘yourself’ to the outside world. We can express ourselves by influencing way that others perceive us through our dress, words, facial expression, tone of voice etc. In yoga we ask ourselves “what do I appear like to myself on the inside?”

Our old friends keep a catalogue of experiences about you. You represent yourself by the things you do and say. With yoga practice you can build up a richer profile of ‘who you are’, becoming your own ‘old friend’.
You want to make ‘the right impression’ to those important to you, why not make ‘the right impression’ to yourself? Using Asana you can gradually build on your self image.

This is a practice of ‘feeling inside to how you appear to yourself’ knowing what it is is to BE you.

We learn to ‘strike a Posse’ in a way that we find impressive to ourselves.

Learn to:
Measure yourself for the ‘fit’ of the asana

Measure the effort you put into the performance of asana

What combination’s of asana suit you

How to read yourself image from the inside

These tools are relevant to any human and any form of practice. These are the tools of self knowledge.
