Special yoga asana adjusting workshop. learn to touch and adjust students in your class in gentle ways that don’t interrupt the practice

This workshop will have a bit of pranayama and mediation and some technical advice of performing asana according to your body type and stage of development. all welcome.

Meditation, Pranayama followed by tea break and enjoy the gardens
Asana (2hr) Slow start develops awareness of inner body. Building into dynamic sequence that stirs the inner self, activates the mind and detoxifies the body. Challenging and joy full this is general class for all levels.

After lunch Peter will talk a little about the practice and human objectives.
Asana, this time exploring things we don’t normally have time for including balancing and back bending
