Guideline for students
1. Stay home if you have any of the following symptoms:
Cold symptoms, coughing, shortness of breath, elevated temperature or fever, or the sudden loss of taste and smell. If you live with someone who shows these symptoms, or who have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid19 within the past 21 days, please stay home as well.
2. Questionnaire
students must answer 5 health related questions when booking a class, and when entering the studio. Any “yes” means no access. Both teacher and students are responsible.
3. Reservations only
Reserve your classes beforehand via www.byoga.co.uk. You will be able to cancel your booking up to 6 hours before the class begins.
4. Bring your own mat
Props will be provided and placed at each allocated practice space. You will be assigned a practice spot. Bring your own mat to place on top of the mat provided. You are asked to follow the cleaning protocol explained in the class at the end of your practice. Please allow time at the end of class for this.
5. Timing
Arrive 10 minutes before the class starts at the earliest, and please leave right after your class ends.
6 Use the hand sanitiser available & wash your hands
Make sure to use the hand sanitiser when you walk in and please wash your hands with soap after you’ve used the bathroom.
7. Keep 1.5-meter distance
Keep a safe and respectful distance from other students and teacher. When you enter the studio, follow the marks on the floor, and follow the instructions of the teacher where to place your mat.
8. Ventilation
There will be a flow of external air through the studio space at all times, even when it is cold, so bring warm layers. We have a changing room that is ventilated with fresh air from outdoors.
9. Cleaning in between classes
The studio will be thoroughly cleaned in between classes.
