Posture, breath and focus

Yoga Classes involves sitting still and moving. We practice to let go in the middle of intense effort. We explore how the breaths we take influence us.  How we experience life effects the way we show up in life. The discovery of direct links between the condition of the body, breath and mind may come as no surprise. How to work with our living matrix is the practice. What ever your focus in life, what every you are learning, changing and challenging in your life right now these classes will serve to support that growth and integrate the changes.

Expanding consciousness

The intention of Peters teaching is to support the global phenomena of expanding consciousness. Freedom is coming. Tip: its not from outside….

Peter is sharing from his personal experience of embracing life. His study of ancient practices, old wisdom synthesizes with modern knowledge in his unique teaching style. With simple alignment we remind the body of its natural grace. The use of props brings ease-in-the-effort and creates an educational experience of specific asana (ideal for advancing teachers).

Precise instruction

Slow careful instructions are themed, revealing intimate dynamics within the practice. Precise instruction on how to hold the alignment with the balance-of-the-breath creates a challenging practice that is safely at your limit.

An advocate of the power of self practice, Peter’s teaching is designed to support you in integrating your learning from the guided practice (in class) into the freedom of self practice. To support you in this Peter offers private sessions.
