Posture, breath and focus
Peter Roussel hosts Hatha Yoga classes: practicing ‘asana’ (postural yoga)
Expanding consciousness
The intention of Peters teaching is to support the global phenomena of expanding consciousness. We are waking up! Aimed at raising consciousness one person at a time, he devotes close attention to the practitioner’s in the class.
Peter is sharing old wisdom and modern knowledge integrated in his unique teaching style. His classes use simple alignment to remind the body of its natural grace. The use of props brings ease-in-the-effort and creates an experience of specific releases and activations.
Precise instruction
Slow careful instructions are themed, revealing intimate dynamics within the practice. Precise instruction on how to hold the alignment with the balance-of-the-breath creates a challenging practice that is safely at your limit.
An advocate of the power of self practice, Peter’s teaching is designed to support you in integrating your learning from the guided practice (in class) into the freedom of self practice. To support you in this Peter offers private sessions.

“Practicing yoga for over twenty years, as a student on a
regular bases in several styles and different teachers
I am happy having found Peter as a teacher on my way.
His energy, body language, humour and strictness are one.
By his teachings you learn to see yoga as a way of life,
an unending adventure of discovering your own body
and mind connections and opening them up.”
